Kat Doyle
Instructional Systems Specialist– Silver Spring, MD
 
 

Kat Michaels-Doyle is a native Washingtonian. She has been working for Apple Inc. as a software trainer for the last seven years. Previous to that, she was a retail manager for Apple Inc. and Gap Inc. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Fine Arts, and holds a certificate degree in web design. She ran her own web design company with notable clients such as the Smithsonian Craft Show and Friends of Fort Hunt Park. Kat discovered her passion for Instructional Design while working for Apple, and holds a certificate degree in Instructional Design from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Currently she is in the process of attaining her Masters in Instructional Design from UMBC.

Kat is honored to join the 9Line team as of October 2016 as the Instructional Systems Specialist located at the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC) in Silver Springs, MD.

Her family has a history of service to the military. Her father was a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy - serving in Europe, while her uncle was a Rear Admiral serving in the Pacific arena. Kat and her husband Willie have been married for 22 years and live in Silver Spring, MD
